Our Silk Manufacturing Capabilities
Carina Silk combines modern printing equipment with experienced cutting, sewing and finishing teams to support custom silk products from sampling to bulk production. Our manufacturing process covers fabric printing, cutting, stitching, edge finishing, inspection and packaging, allowing us to control product quality and production consistency at each stage.
Digital Printing Equipment
Carina Silk uses Homer 1800, Atexco S Series and Atexco D Series digital printing machines for silk and silk-blend fabrics. These systems support detailed patterns, gradients and complex colors at resolutions up to 600 × 1800 dpi. Double-sided printing is also available for silk scarves and other products where both sides of the fabric remain visible.
Screen Printing Lines
Carina Silk uses long-table screen printing lines for silk and silk-blend fabrics. This method delivers vivid colors, clean outlines and strong ink penetration, with reverse-side color reaching approximately 80%–90% of the front on suitable fabrics. It is ideal for larger orders and designs with clearly separated color areas.
Skilled Production Team
Our experienced sewing and finishing team produces custom silk scarves, sleepwear, ties and accessories according to confirmed samples and specifications. Each order goes through cutting, stitching, edge finishing, ironing, inspection and packing to help maintain consistent measurements, clean workmanship and reliable quality from sampling to bulk production.
